Yeah, when I'm back in August, I want to hear stories of goodness. Either that or stories of badness. Either one will rock my boat.

Now then...let me be the first to say that Epoisses cheese is very tasty. Unfortunately, I think it's a raw milk cheese so I doubt I'll see it when I get home...
